The Lake House of Úlfljótsvatn is located about 50 km driving from Reykjavík in the summer along the mountain road 435 (closed in the winter), and about 70 km in winter via the Hellisheiði road to Hveragerði and Selfoss.

The nearest public transportation available can be found in the town Selfoss, only 20 minutes driving from the house. See public transportation options on the Strætó website.
